Delivery & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your bakes — and what happens if something's off.
Local delivery area
We deliver within a 15-mile radius of our bakery. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am. Standard delivery slots are 12-3pm and 4-7pm.
Pickup
Pickup is free and available daily 8am-6pm at 12 Baker Lane. You'll receive a text when your order is ready.
Delivery tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a live tracking link by SMS so you can follow your order until it arrives.
Packaging
We use compostable boxes, insulated liners for cakes and returnable bread bags. Just leave them out on your next delivery.
Freshness policy
Everything ships on the same day it's baked. If your order doesn't taste right, please reach out within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Refunds & replacements
Because our bakes are perishable, we cannot accept normal returns. However, we'll happily provide a replacement, refund or store credit for orders that arrive:
- Damaged or visibly spoiled
- Incorrect from what you ordered
- Significantly delayed (more than 2 hours late)
Return limitations
For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, partially eaten or temperature-abused items. Custom and subscription orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of dispatch.
