To bring the warmth of a neighbourhood bakery to every doorstep — one slow-fermented loaf, one carefully laminated croissant, one heartfelt celebration cake at a time.

Objectives

Source 100% of our flour from regional mills, achieve zero-waste packaging by 2027, and reinvest 5% of profits in local culinary education programs.

Brand story

BakeBloom started in a tiny shared kitchen in 2021, when two friends started selling sourdough to neighbours from a wicker basket. Four years and one storefront later, the recipe hasn't changed.

Fresh ingredients

Stone-milled flours, cultured butter, free-range eggs, seasonal fruit. We mix in the evening, bake before sunrise and deliver by lunch.

Sustainability

Compostable boxes, returnable bread bags, electric delivery bikes. We measure carbon per loaf and report it openly every quarter.
